{"id":6780,"date":"2023-07-04T20:01:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T12:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6780"},"modified":"2023-07-04T20:01:51","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T12:01:51","slug":"%e7%b2%be%e5%93%81%e7%8e%af%e6%b0%a7%e5%af%8c%e9%94%8c%e9%98%b2%e8%85%90%e6%b6%82%e6%96%99%e7%a0%94%e7%a9%b6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6780","title":{"rendered":"[\u7cbe\u54c1]\u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\u7814\u7a76"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7b2c 22 \u5377\u7b2c 2 \u671f\u8fbd\u5b81\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u672f\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u62a52003 \u5e74 4 \u6708   Vol.22   No.2Journal of Liaoning Technical UniversityApr.   2003 \u6536\u7a3f\u65e5\u671f\uff1a 2002-10-10 \u4f5c\u8005\u7b80\u4ecb\uff1a \u8a3e\u6811\u71d5\uff081963-\uff09\uff0c \u5973\uff0c\u8fbd\u5b81 \u961c\u65b0\u4eba<strong>\u5bcc\u950c<a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6740' title='\u73af\u6c27' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\">\u73af\u6c27<\/a><a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6754' title='\u9632\u8150' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\">\u9632\u8150<\/a>\u6f06<\/strong>\uff0c \u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u3002 \u672c\u6587\u7f16\u6821\uff1a \u5510\u5de7\u51e4 \u6587\u7ae0\u7f16\u53f7\uff1a 1008-0562(2003)02-0256-03  \u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150<a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\">\u6d82\u6599<\/a>\u7814\u7a76 \u8a3e\u6811\u71d5\uff0c \u674e\u667a\u8d85\uff0c \u80e1\u4e16\u52c3 (\u8fbd\u5b81\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u672f\u5927\u5b66 \u673a\u68b0\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b66\u9662\uff0c \u8fbd\u5b81 \u961c\u65b0\uff0c 123000) \u6458  \u8981\uff1a \u9488\u5bf9\u7164\u77ff\u8bbe\u5907\u6613<a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6248' title='\u8150\u8680' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\">\u8150\u8680<\/a>\u7b49\u7279\u70b9\uff0c \u7740\u91cd\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u7528\u4e8e\u7164\u77ff\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u9632\u8150<a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/?p=6770' title='\u6d82\u6599' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\">\u6d82\u6599<\/a>\u7684\u5236\u5907\uff0c \u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8\u73af\u6c27\u6811\u8102\u3001 \u950c\u7c89\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u6765\u7814\u7a76\u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u5de5\u827a\u6027\u80fd\uff0c \u5206\u6790\u4e86\u6d82\u5c42\u9644\u7740\u529b\u3001 \u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u3001 \u786c\u5ea6\u3001 \u8010\u5bb9\u6027\u53ca\u8010\u8150\u8680\u6027\u80fd\uff0c \u6839\u636e\u6d82\u5c42\u6574\u4f53\u7efc\u5408\u6027\u80fd\u53d8\u5316\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u914d\u65b9\uff0c \u4e3a\u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u7840\u6570\u636e\u3002 \u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bc1\u660e\u65b0\u914d\u65b9\u6d82\u6599\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u9632\u8150\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002  \u5173\u5065\u8bcd\uff1a \u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\uff1b \u950c\u7c89\uff1b \u7269\u7406\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\uff1b \u8010\u8680\u6027\u80fd \u4e2d\u56fe\u53f7\uff1a TB 304\u6587\u732e\u6807\u8bc6\u7801\uff1a A  Study of annular-oxygen and rich zinc antiseptic dope ZI Shu-yan\uff0c LI Zhi-chao\uff0c HU Shi-bo \uff08College of Mechanical Engineering,Liaoning Technical University,Fuxin 123000, China\uff09  Abstract\uff1a Based on the character that the mining equipment is easy to be corroded\uff0c this paper studied the antiseptic dope which would be used to protect the mine\u2019s equipment .The paper studied the annular-oxygen and rich zinc antiseptic dope\u2019s properties through changing the content of annular-oxygen rosin and zinc powder. and at the same time\uff0c studied the adhesive force\uff0c flexibility\uff0c hardness\uff0c resistance to wear\uff0c and resistance to corrosion and so on. At last\uff0c it chose the best prescription of the dope based on the synthetically properties changing of the dope\uff0c and proved the basic data for using and producing the dope. The results show the new prescription of the dope reaches the target of anticorrosion. \u91c7\u7528\u9632\u8150\u6d82\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u9632\u8150\u65bd\u5de5\u662f\u9632\u6b62\u4e95\u4e0b\u8bbe\u5907\u8150\u8680\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u624b\u6bb5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \u4ee5\u73af\u6c27\u6811\u8102\u4e3a\u6210\u819c\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u5bcc\u950c\u5e95\u6f06\u4e3a\u9632\u9508\u548c\u9632\u8150\u8680\u6d82\u6599\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\uff0c \u56e0\u5176\u950c\u7c89\u5bf9\u94a2\u94c1\u7684\u7535\u5316\u5b66\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c \u5bcc\u950c\u5e95\u6f06\u53c8\u79f0\u7535\u5316\u5b66\u9632\u9508\u6f06\uff0c \u5b83\u662f\u6709\u673a\u5bcc\u950c\u5e95\u6f06\u3002 \u5bcc\u950c\u52a9\u5242\u7684\u79cd\u7c7b\u3001 \u7528\u91cf\u4e0d\u540c\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u6700\u4f73\u950c\u7c89\u542b\u91cf\u6709\u5f85\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76<strong>\u5bcc\u950c\u73af\u6c27\u9632\u8150\u6f06<\/strong>\uff0c \u4e3a\u6b64\u672c\u6587\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8\u6d82\u819c\u4e2d\u950c\u7c89\u7684\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u914d\u5236\u6210\u4e94\u79cd\u5bcc\u950c\u5e95\u6f06<a href='https:\/\/www.ztuzx.com\/'>\u6d82\u6599\u54c1\u724c\u7f51<\/a>\uff0c \u6d4b\u91cf\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u6d82\u6599\u6027\u80fd\u3001 \u6d82\u819c\u7269\u7406\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u53ca\u6d82\u819c\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8680\u6027\u80fd\uff0c \u5e76\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u6d82\u6599\u914d\u65b9\u3002  \uff11  \u8bd5\u9a8c\u6750\u6599   \uff081\uff09 \u9632\u8150\u73af\u6c27\u5bcc\u950c\u6d82\u6599\u6750\u6599\u6210\u819c\u7269\u8d28\uff1a E-44\u30086101\u3009 \u73af\u6c27\u503c\uff1a  0.40~0.47\u989c\u6599\uff1a \u950c\u7c89\u3001 \u6ed1\u77f3\u7c89\uff083MgO\u00b7 4SiO2\u00b7 H2O\uff09\u52a9\u5242\uff1a \u589e\u97e7\u5242\uff08\u90bb\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u4e01\u916f\uff09\u3001 \u56fa\u5316\u5242\uff08T31\uff09\u6eb6\u5242\uff1a \u4e19\u916e    \uff082\uff09 \u88ab\u6d82\u57fa\u4f53\u6750\u6599\u957f\u3001 \u5bbd\u3001 \u539a\uff08100\u00d7 25\u00d7 3\uff09 mm3\u7684 A3\u94a2    \uff083\uff09 \u8f85\u52a9\u6750\u6599 \u8131\u6f06\u5242\uff08\u4e8c\u6c2f\u7532\u70f7\uff09\u3001 \u8131\u8102\u5242\uff08\u4e19\u916e\uff09\u3001 \u9178\u6d17\u6db2\uff08500 ml\u3001 20%\u7684\u786b\u9178+5g \u786b\u8132\uff09  \uff12  \u8bd5\u9a8c\u53c2\u6570\u6539\u53d8\u950c\u7c89\u7684\u542b\u91cf\uff0c \u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u6d82\u819c\u4e2d\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u5360\u5230 70%\u3001 80%\u3001 85%\u3001 90%\u3001
